| Day 1: |
Arrival at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international airport where you will be met by us and taken to the City Comfort Inn Hotel for overnight.

| Day 2: |
Nanyuki
Depart Nairobi in the morning for Nanyuki,arrive in time for lunch, the afternoon is spent in this area for acclimatization.Dinner and overnight in a budget hotel.

| Day 3: |
Old Moses camp
After breakfast,drive to Sirimon park gate. after check - in start hiking through the Rain Forest for 9 Km to Old Moses camp (3300M). Dinner and overnight.

| Day 4: |
Shipton Camp
Depart Old Moses camp at 7:30am via Mackinders Valley to Shipton camp (4200M). The distance takes 6-7hours.Dinner and overnight.

| Day 5: |
Point Lenana - Chogoria
Early morning departure (3.00am) to the summit a walk that takes 3 hours to point Lenana (4985M) arriving at 6.30 in the morning. After sunrise, descend to mintos hut for full breakfast and later proceed down through the gorges valley to Chogoria Bandas and campsite. Dinner and overnight.

| Day 6: |
Chogoria - Nairobi
After breakfast, set on morning journey to Chogoria (32Km). Walk for 15Km to be met by a 4WD vehicle for the rest of the journey to Chogoria from where transport is provided back to Nairobi. Arriving late afternoon.

| Day 7: |
In the morning at 8:00am you will be picked up from your hotel by a tourist class shuttle bus and get a transfer to Arusha National Park where Mt. Meru 4666m is found.You will arrive there around 3:00pm for late lunch,dinner and overnight at Momella Wildlife Lodge.

| Day 8: |
You will spend a full day in Arusha National Park doing game drives and walking safari on animals' trails.

| Day 9: |
From Momella Wildlife Lodge walk for about 20 minutes to reach Mt.Meru Momella Lodge where you will start climbing Mt. Meru and on this day climb through grassland the montane forest to Miriakamba huts 2500m for overnight.

Taking you 2-3 hours the uphill through beautiful glades between trees to reach Mgongo wa Tembo point where views of the Mt Meru crater are spectacular, also Mt. Kilimanjaro is seen beautifully sitting on the eastern horizon on clear days, from here the path steeps up through grassy trails up to the saddle hut 3770m where you will stay overnight.

| Day 11: |
Early start for the Summit, between 1:00am and 2:00am. The path leads to the summit through a very narrow ridge between the outer wall of the Mount Meru crater and cliffs of the inner wall. The summit 4566m above sea level is reached just before sunrise from the summit just retrace the route down to Miriakamba Hut 2500m for overnight.

| Day 12: |
In the Morning after breakfast you will walk down to the Momella gate where you will meet our car for transferring you back to Arusha Equator Hotel for overnight.

| Day 13: |
Have a free day in your hotel in Arusha town writing post cards, e-mailing home to your families,walking around the Arusha town doing personal shoppings and in the evening have your dinner at Equator hotel or at any other restaurant of your choice. Overnight at Equator hotel.

After breakfast at 8:00am you will be transferred to MT.KILIMANJARO LONDOROSSI GATE on SHIRA ROUTE to Mt. Mkubwa (9,170ft).A two hours drive from Arusha town brings us to the Londorossi Park gate located on the western side of Kilimanjaro.At the gate,we pick up our game ranger who will accompany us,as we might encounter elephants and buffaloes during our trek.We drive to the trailhead Lemosho,start our trek through the rain forest.In places the vegetation is so untouched that it grows right across the narrow track.The flora and fauna are richer here than on the other popular routes through the rain forest.Our trek today will be along a little used track known as Chamber's Route.In about 3-4hours,we reach our camp in the rain forest at Mti Mkubwa(Big tree)

| Day 15: |
STAGE 2:MTI MKUBWA to SHIRA TWO CAMP(12,200ft)
After breakfast continue hike east across the Shira Plateau past the Shira Cathedral towards Shira Two camp.We only gain 700 feet in elevation - this allows us to acclimatize slowly to the altitude.The views of the plateau are nothing less than spectacular.

STAGE 3:SHIRA TWO CAMP to BARRANCO HUT(12675ft)
Hike time:5hrs,elevation change: + 100m Estimated distance: Final elevation:3900m.Today is the last of the'easy days'.It is about a 7hour superp hike.We pass the Lava Tower,around the southern flank of Kibo,and slowly descend into the spectacular Barranco Valley,interspersed with giant lobilia and senecia plants.After arriving at our most spectacular campsite,everyone stands in awe at the foot of Kibo Peak,looming high above,on our left.Our camp is only 465 feet higher than where we were last night,but during the day,we will have climbed to just over 14000 feet.This is one of our most valuable days for acclimatization.

STAGE 4: BARRANCO HUT to KARANGA VALLEY BARAFU CAMP(13299 ft)
Hike time:3.5hrs,Elevation change: +100 Estimated distance:4km,maximum elevation: 4590 Final elevation: 4000m.On the eastern side of the valley,across the stream is the Baranco wall, a 950 ft. barrier of volcanic rock.Althought is tall and looks steep hike out of the valley.The air starts getting quite thin,and you will be running short of breath.It is a tough,but rewarding uphill to then rocky,craggy slopes at the camp. Barafu means,ice in Swahili, and it is extremely cold at this altitude.So,go to bed early because we will be waking you up at midnight fo the final leg to Uhuru Peak.

| Day 18: |
BARAFU to UHURU PEAK(19340 ft) to Mweka CAMP(9550ft.) SUMMIT DAY!
Summit time:7hrs,Elevation change: + 1300m Estimated distance:5km,Final elevation: 5895m Descent time: 5hrs,elevation change: 2800m and estimated distance :12km,final elevation: 3100m. Dress warmly,because we start climbing around midnight,on the steepest and most demanding part of the mountain.The moon,if out will provide enough light,and we will reach the Crater rim by sunrise,after a 7hour hike and welcome a new dawn. From the crater rim,rugged Mawenzi Peak is a thrilling sight,with the Kibo saddle still in darkness beneath you, and the crater's ice- walls looming ahead.We now continue to Uhuru Peak(1-2hrs).This is the highestn point in Africa,and the world's highest solitary peak(19340ft).It is the best view in Africa! The descent is invigorating.It is a good idea to have a little rest once in a while as you continue down back to Barafu Camp(4 hours), and then down the Mweka route to Mweka Camp(5hours).This is where we spend our last night on the mountain.

STAGE 6:ARUSHA
Descent time:4hours, elevation change: - 1250m Estimated distance: 10km,final elevation:1828m In the morning we walk down to the road head.This takes about 3-4 hrs.After a welcome lunch you will say good bye to your guides and porters and we will transfer you to Arusha Impala hotel for dinner and overnight.

In the morning after breakfast at 9:00am you will be picked up from the Impala hotel and driven to Lake Manyara national park for game viewings till evening. Dinner and overnight at Panorama view camp located on top of great rift valley rim .

| Day 21: |
After breakfast the tour will continue to the Ngorongoro crater where you willl descend into the crater for game drives and watch the hippos rhinos,lions and other animals. In the evening you will be returned back to Arusha Impala hotel for dinner and overnight.

We will transfer you to the airport for the flight back home.
